Madison, N.J. (August 5, 2022) – Inman Innovator Awards announced today that Sherry Chris, President and CEO of ERA® Real Estate, is this year’s recipient of the 2022 Nate Ellis Award. Established in 2016, the Nate Ellis Award honors an individual or organization that gives more than they take from the real estate industry.
“Sherry has spent her 30-year career continually raising the bar across the industry, particularly when it comes to what’s possible for women leaders in real estate,” said Sue Yannaccone, Anywhere Brands president and CEO. “Sherry has always shown a tireless commitment to mentoring entrepreneurs and championing change, and she is incredibly deserving of this phenomenal recognition.”
The Inman Innovator Award ceremony took place during Inman Connect 2022 in Las Vegas, NV. The Nate Ellis award was created to honor the legacy of Nate Ellis, who devoted his career to training and educating real estate professionals. Serving as the Local Education Directors Chair at the National Association of REALTORS®, Ellis made it his mission to help people find success in real estate.
