Pagoda Realty, now doing business as Pagoda Realty ERA Powered, was founded in 2014 by current broker/owner and second-generation real estate professional, Craig Stringer. Stringer’s real estate career began in 1999, after he finished his first home renovation project and fell in love with the process. Both of Stringer’s parents were also involved in the industry, as his mother was a top-producing real estate agent and his father was a builder.
