New Washington-based Brokerage to Serve as a Central Hub for Connecting

MADISON, N.J., (Dec. 19, 2024) — ERA Real Estate, a global franchising leader within the Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS) portfolio of brands, announced today the opening of a new gateway office, ERA NexUS Global Realty based in Bellevue, Washington. The specialized office will serve to connect agents with buyers and sellers across 13 countries in Asia and all 50 states in the U.S.
The independently owned and operated company is led by Jack Huang, Larry Eu, and Lien Ma. Huang currently sits as an owner of the company with the master franchise rights for the ERA® brand in Taiwan and has a deep background in commercial real estate. Eu and Ma have both been in the real estate industry for 12 years and have owned six separate brokerages throughout their careers. Eu offers leadership experience from his time spent as president of the Seattle Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and president of The CCIM Institute Washington State Chapter. Eu also sat on the NAR board of directors, Washington Realtors board of directors and currently sits on the board of directors of The CCIM Institute and The CCIM Institute Foundation. Ma has been elected by her peers to be the 2026 president of The CCIM Institute Washington State Chapter.
