The announcement came during ERA Real Estate’s annual all-network conference, Fuel 2026, held March 2-5 in Austin, Texas.

Highlights from the 2025 ERA Circle of Success Awards include:
ERA® Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company – ERA Martin & Associates (Chillicothe, Ohio)
ERA Martin & Associates has been honored with the ERA Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company, the highest distinction presented to an ERA affiliated company worldwide. Named in recognition of the ERA® brand’s co-founder Gene Francis, the award celebrates organizations that exemplify exceptional leadership, service, and innovation within the real estate industry. Founded in 1989, ERA Martin & Associates has expanded to eight offices and more than 135 agents, serving South Central Ohio and offering expertise in residential, commercial, farm, and land transactions. Under the leadership of Mark Cenci, the brokerage has achieved substantial growth in both sales volume and units over the past year, solidifying its position among the top-performing firms within the ERA brand.
ERA® Circle of Light Award for Community Leadership (Domestic) – ERA Doty Real Estate (Jonesboro, Arkansas) and ERA TEAM Real Estate (Conway, Arkansas)
ERA Doty Real Estate and ERA TEAM Real Estate continue to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to community leadership, earning this honor for the second consecutive year. In 2025, agents and staff collectively contributed more than 1,200 volunteer hours, reinforcing a company-wide culture where service is a shared responsibility. Their efforts had a significant impact, raising approximately $290,000 for causes supporting healthcare, education, children’s welfare, and food security. Major initiatives included the MDA Summer Camp Smokeout, which raised $28,000, and the Compass Academy Stream-A-Thon, which generated more than $260,000. Through consistent hands-on involvement and meaningful giving, ERA Doty and ERA TEAM continue to set the standard for community service across the ERA network.
ERA® Circle of Light Award for Community Leadership (International) – ERA Bulgaria
ERA Bulgaria has demonstrated strong community leadership through a wide range of charitable initiatives in 2025. The company supported several local causes, including contributing 3,547 BGN to a charity bazaar and exhibition in Ruse that provides care for homeless animals and donating 3,300 BGN to the Born to Ride Fest to support youth-focused community projects. The team also invested in education by providing 1,500 BGN and catering support for a series of knowledge competitions. In addition, ERA Bulgaria helped raise more than 11,000 BGN on Giving Tuesday to support someone battling osteogenic sarcoma and continued its long-standing support of the children’s volleyball academy led by Bulgarian sports icon Lyubo Ganev. Altogether, ERA Bulgaria raised 19,347 BGN and contributed several volunteer hours throughout the year, reinforcing its commitment to making a true impact in the communities it serves.
ERA® Unity Award for Cultivating an Inclusive Community – ERA Sunrise Realty (Canton, Georgia) and ERA Foster & Bond (Atlanta, Georgia)

Operating across Northwest Florida, the brokerage’s VIBE Team (Visibility, Identity, Branding, Engagement) fully embraced the ERA brand’s national Move Up campaign, transforming it into a localized, cohesive experience that resonated with both consumers and agents. By leveraging ERA-provided tools and assets – including a MoxiWebsites® landing page, Boost by Lone Wolf, social media templates, and OTT video – the brokerage executed a high-impact, multi-channel strategy spanning digital ads, social media, video, billboards, airport displays, and community events such as ERA Day at the Park with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. The results were significant, generating more than 100,000 OTT impressions with a 70 percent watch-through rate, converting landing page traffic into clients within three months, and driving recruiting efforts that produced over 2,000 ad views and 14 direct agent connections.
