Affiliates Recognized for Their Impact and Contributions to the ERA® Network
MADISON, N.J. (February 27, 2024) — ERA Real Estate, a global franchising leader within the AnywhereSM portfolio of brands, today announced the three longtime, outstanding real estate professionals inducted into the ERA® Hall of Fame Class of 2023. The induction ceremony took place at the ERA brand’s Fuel 2024 International Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
Established in 2013, the ERA Hall of Fame honors affiliated individuals and companies who have consistently earned high levels of recognition and made exceptional contributions to the culture and history of the ERA brand over the decades.
The ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2023 includes:
- Peter Hunt, chairman and CEO, HUNT Real Estate ERA, Williamsville, New York and ERA Key Realty Services, Whitinsville, Massachusetts
- Pat Hirsch, broker/owner, ERA Hirsch Real Estate Team, Statesboro, Georgia

Peter Hunt is the Chairman & CEO of HUNT Real Estate Corporation and has been a staple in the real estate industry for decades, now operating residential brokerage offices throughout Buffalo/Niagara, Rochester, Central and Northern New York, the Greater Albany area, Phoenix, Arizona and in Massachusetts. Since joining the firm following graduation from St. Lawrence University, Peter has been instrumental in the growth of the residential brokerage from about 35 sales agents to its present 1,800, now operating in 54 branch office locations. Peter has also founded a mortgage banking firm, an insurance agency, a title insurance agency, a commercial property management company and other businesses, including an art gallery and event center.
Peter represents the third generation of family members who have continuously owned and operated the business since its founding by his grandfather Charles S. Hunt in 1911, a family tradition now being continued into the fourth generation through Peter’s son, Charles F. Hunt who serves as President, Residential Brokerage (HUNT Real Estate ERA and ERA Key Realty Services), and Chief Operating Officer.
The residential brokerage expanded into Rochester in March 2001, Central and Northern New York in 2004 and the Capital Region and Phoenix, Arizona in 2010. Peter expanded further in Massachusetts through the acquisition of ERA Key Realty Services in 2018.
Under his guidance, Peter has led the Leadership and Sales Teams to residential sales volume of over $3.5 billion and total sales of $4.5 billion in 2023. Additionally, HUNT Real Estate ERA has continuously been a top 15 ERA company for units and volume since 2002, a two-time winner of the ERA Gene Francis Memorial Award for Top All-Around Company. HUNT Real Estate ERA was ranked 34th in units or sides, and 5th in total ancillary sales in the US in 2022.
Peter is a life-long resident of the Buffalo Niagara Region of New York State, where he is very active in community service, serving as a trustee St. Lawrence University, the Albright Knox Gundlach Art Museum, and the YMCA of Buffalo Niagara. He has been named “Citizen of the Year” by the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Foundation, received the Volunteer Service Award from President George W. Bush’s Council on Service and Civic Partnership and was named Executive of the Year by both the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Canisius College.

Pat Hirsch is the broker/owner of ERA Hirsch Real Estate Team based in Statesboro, Georgia. Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, her company has been with the ERA franchise for 35 years.
Pat is a passionate leader and real estate powerhouse, who not only represents the ERA brand on a daily basis, but also embraces ERA products, tools and services. With over three decades of experience, she joined ERA Real Estate in 2001, when she bought into ERA Landmark Realty in Statesboro, Georgia. In 2011, she bought the company and became the sole owner. In 2014, she changed the name of the company to ERA Hirsch Real Estate Team. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Staging Professional, Accredited Buyers Representative and holds several other designations.
Under her leadership, Pat has been able to grow her company, which has received recognition for ERA 1st in Service, Commitment to Excellence and ERA Presidents Circle. She has excelled in her personal production as well. She has been recognized as a Top Selling Broker with Leaders’ Circle status since 2003, and in 2008 was award the number two Top All Around Selling Broker for ERA. She also achieved Beyond Excellence status and has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, RealTrends Top Agents and America’s Best.
Pat is also a major advocate for her community. She has been a community leader and has represented the ERA® brand with raising funds and supporting MDA Summer Camps, and more recently Giving Tuesday. She has served as President of her Local Board of REALTORS® for two previous terms, and is President Elect for 2024. She has also served as President of the Statesboro Visitors and Convention Center, the ERA Georgia Broker Council, achieved Top Selling Broker in the Broker Council, was chosen as one of the Most Influential Women and Business Owners in Shaping the Future of the Industry in her area and was honored to receive the Deen Day Smith Award for Community Involvement and Service to Mankind.
Pat has four daughters, five granddaughters and one grandson. Mandy Lane, her daughter, works with her and is successful in her own right. Prior to her real estate career, she and her husband owned and managed local radio stations throughout the state of Georgia.

Pat Williams, sales associate, ERA American Real Estate, Shalimar, Florida
Pat Williams is a sales associate with ERA American Real Estate in Shalimar, Florida and is a legend in Northwest Florida real estate. She has a career that spans five decades with the ERA brand and ERA American Real Estate.
Over the course of her career, Pat has not only sold over 1,500 real estate transactions and is approaching a quarter of a billion dollars in sales volume, but she has also been a leader in the community who has religiously volunteered at the USO every week for years. Additionally, she is no stranger to being recognized for her success and has consistently been name a top sales associate for units and volume over the years, garnered Leaders’ Circle status and won the Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1st in Service – Teams and Top All-Around Team in 2018.
At ERA American Real Estate, she also regularly mentors up and coming agents, offering advice and even gives them deals. Additionally, as the real estate landscape continues to change and innovate, she continues to lead the way in embracing that change and adopts new technology to enhance her business, as well as continues to learn and grow her skills to better herself and her team.
