“Once again, we’re beyond excited to welcome two incredible leaders and innovators to the ERA Hall of Fame. Stephanie Bellanova and Richard Henley, two trailblazers who have been with the ERA network for decades, helping to fuel its growth, inspire its newest faces, and elevate the ERA brand as a whole, are more than worthy headliners of the ERA Hall of Fame Class of 2025. Throughout their professional journeys, they’ve exemplified what the ERA brand stands for, and now, it’s our turn to celebrate their latest ‘moving up’ moment!”

Alex Vidal, president, ERA Real Estate

Stephanie Bellanova, broker/owner, ERA Central Realty Group, Cream Ridge, New Jersey

Stephanie’s journey with the ERA brand began in 1986, when she started helping at her family’s ERA office after school. From her earliest interactions working alongside her mother, Ann Davis, also an ERA Hall of Fame member, Stephanie quickly became enamored with real estate, and more specifically, the ERA brand and its defining values of education, integrity, service, and loyalty. Shortly after crossing the stage at graduation, Stephanie became a licensed real estate professional at her family firm.

Over nearly four decades, Stephanie has transformed ERA Central Realty Group into the #1 ERA® affiliated company in New Jersey for 11 consecutive years, leading with vision, innovation, and heart. She has pioneered programs that elevate agent success, including Blueprint for new agents, Mastery for seasoned professionals, and the **Gold Star Program—now Amplify—**which set a new standard for property marketing.

Her leadership has also earned national recognition, including being named the ERA Innovation Shark Tank Winner and Consumer Confidence Campaign Winner. Her brokerage has also received multiple ERA honors, such as the Technology Heritage Award, Commitment to Excellence Award, and the coveted Jim Jackson Award.

Beyond her industry accolades, Stephanie has also built a personal legacy to be proud of. She has helped contribute over $50,000 to the Muscular Dystrophy Association through her support of the MDA Summer Camp and other related community events. Additionally, Stephanie also champions the brokerage’s EDGE Scholarship Program, which has awarded over $90,000 to local students over the past 20 years.

Stephanie’s induction into the Hall of Fame is more than an accolade—it’s a testament to her unwavering dedication to the ERA brand, her ability to inspire others, and her commitment to excellence that continues to shape the future of real estate.

“The ERA brand has been my home for as long as I can remember. From helping my mom at the office after school, to selling my first property, to helping my affiliated agents take care of their own families, this brand is where I’ve grown up. From day one, the ERA brand has provided me with not only the tools I needed to succeed professionally, but also a philosophy that I could take pride in. I’m incredibly proud to have spent my life with a brand that truly cares about doing good for others, and it’s an honor to have my name mentioned in the same breath as some of the other longest-tenured ERA professionals.”

Richard Henley, broker, ERA TEAM Real Estate, Conway, Arkansas

Richard began his real estate journey in 1994, and he quickly rose to become a visionary leader. By 1996, he earned his broker license and purchased his nice, comfortable company, which later became ERA Henley Real Estate in 2001. After only one year in the ERA network, Richard helped lead his young business to earn recognition as a Top 100 ERA Company, and by 2006, it was a Top 50 ERA Company, reflecting Richard’s belief in the ERA system and his ability to execute at the highest level. Further, in 2012, Richard was asked to participate in the ERA Broker’s Advisory Group, which was a great honor.

Even after selling the company in 2014 to Mark and Tracy Tidwell, where it later became ERA TEAM Real Estate, Richard continued to shine as a top producer, earning multiple ERA President’s Circle honors, maintaining elite performance year after year, and serving as President for his local Board of Realtors twice.

However, Richard’s influence goes far beyond production. Richard has been a true ERA Ambassador, mentoring brokers across Arkansas, sharing systems and tools, and guiding new owners through their franchise journey. His willingness to invest time, travel, and experience has strengthened the ERA® network and helped countless businesses thrive.

Richard’s induction into the Hall of Fame reflects what the ERA brand stands for: excellence over time, service to others, and meaningful contribution to the brand’s legacy.

“The ERA brand has provided me with both the flexibility and the support I needed to dictate my own professional journey. When I was ready to purchase my company, affiliating with the brand gave me the structure I needed to establish a strong foundation that would make my agents more productive, and then, when I wanted to pivot and focus on production, it provided me with not only an exit strategy but also the means to instantly become a top producer. The ERA brand has supported me in all of my endeavors, and I feel it’s my duty to give back and help nurture the next generation of the network. It’s an honor and a privilege to have that effort be recognized with a Hall of Fame induction.”
